法文名称是：Attestation de libre commercialisation dans le pays d'origine et / ou de provenance des produits exportes vers l'Algerie。

1.阿尔及利亚自由销售证明填写说明：

Attests to the request of (2)（填写进口商名称和地址）
That the product (s) (3)（商品名称、型号）
relevant  to sub-position(s)（商品税则号，也就是海关编码）
manufactured by (4):（生产商名称，如果是进出口贸易公司则把manufacture 改成 exporter 即可）.
Are in accordance with the regulations in force or with the international standards when it comes to the requirements of the safety and the protection of the consumer(5). （产品取得的相关认证标准名称，例如：ISO9001，CE等）

2.阿尔及利亚自由销售证明贸促会认证所需资料：

(1)填写好的格式文件一式两份；
(2)营业执照副本复印件（香港公司则提供商业登记证）；
(3)文件里涉及产品的报关单(只要报关单里含有这个产品就行，其他没有任何要求) 或者 ISO,CE等其他产品检测证书  或者 产品生产许可证 ，三者随便提供一样即可（香港公司可以不用这个辅助资料）。
